Villa Gardenia is a private and completely secluded four bedroom four bathroom traditional beamed stone house with private swimming pool, enjoying lovely sea and mountain views on all sides from its many terraces and balconies. The pool and poolside in particular are ideal for an all over tan as the villa has no immediate neighbours and completely enclosed with fencing and a privacy gate.

It benefits from a superb location just 800 m from Agios Georgios (St. George) sandy beach and harbour, and the beautiful Akamas National park, which is protected from development.

The swimmingpool is in front of the villa - the poolside is equipped with 8 sunloungers, umbrellas and garden furniture. Shower. .

The villa is located inbetween beautiful unspoilt landscapes This area attracts those who wish to explore the Akamas National Park with its 2 beautiful soft sand beaches at Lara Bay, and wild unspoilt interior famed for its flora and fauna. And of course the blue flag beaches of Coral Bay and Corallia are just a short drive away. Flora and fauna are rich in that area.

The villa is just 10 minutes walk to the sandy beach and harbour of St. George, with its traditional fish tavernas, and is walking distance to other amenities.  Coral Bay provides banks, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Paphos Town, with its interesting mix of old and new, large selection of shops and daily market, is just 12 km away ..

Rental includes: Welcome hamper including wine, eggs, bacon, cornflakes, bread, margarine, water, milk, coffee and tea. Linen and towels. Beach towels, 1 per person. Change of linen and towels every 7 days, along with a light clean of villa. For 10/11 night bookings maid service is midway.

Ground floor: The open-plan lounge is comfortably furnished, and joins an open plan fully equipped kitchen and diner.  Dining area has traditional table and wooden chairs for 8.  Guest w.c.  Air conditioned twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and w.c. First floor: 2 air conditioned bedrooms: 1 double with en suite shower & w.c. and its own private balcony with table and chairs and sea views.  1 twin with en suite shower & w.c. Large private sun terrace with table and chairs and sea views. 

Outside: Attractive gated garden with mature trees and shrubs, all around the villa. Wonderful sea views, (not clear in photos unfortunately).  Private pool with ladder access. Various terraces.  Covered pergola for shade (not shown).  Built in BBQ.  Extendable wooden table and chairs for 8. Off road parking area.  Poolside is equipped with 8 sunloungers, umbrellas and garden furniture. Shower. .

You may occupy from 4 pm and vacate by 10 am.
